This nine-week wellness program with Adina is suited for anyone looking to enhance their motivation, health and creativity. It is especially beneficial to people in need to re-envision life after a difficult life situation, such as a health crisis, a loss or a relationship conflict. Learn powerful healing techniques to unlock the flow of vital force and release unproductive patterns with qi gong, bio-cognition, acupressure, self-hypnosis and gardening. Apply the neuroscience of rewiring your mind and the skills to restore your body naturally. The nine seeds are great archetypal companions for a better story that you consciously co-author with life itself.
Recently, Adina sat down for an interview with KC Armstrong of PBN to discuss this program. Click play to listen to the interview.
